My baby is better than yours! ;-) Haha! I can honestly say I'm totally biased and love, love, love my baby Emilia!
Nap time! Such cute baby poses in her sleep!!
Nap at the park day!
They came to see my ruined house!
I had fun doing Beans's hair!!
Had a fun lunch date with Isaac!! Thanks dude!
Home so my babies could take naps!
Cute baby month to month so far!
Dinner with Tuckett Family! We all had a good evening together!
What do you do when your house is driving you crazy and you can't live there until it is fixed? You go over when your baby is safe and sound asleep and demo the bathroom! Of course the guy who did the house didn't use pad under the carpet, he used carpet underneath carpet. :( BLAH! But now its all ripped out! GO ME!!
Beans loves baby toes. I dont mean the toes of the baby, but her name is Baby Toes. I can't remember if I blogged about that too.
We did it! Shots at the doctors! (This is also one of the best photos I have of us!!! I love being a mommy/daughter duo!)
Candy Land with my siblings & the kiddos! The first round we have ever gotten through (or so it seems).
Afternoon snuggles!
Those snuggles turn into naps.
Naps had by almost all!
Baby loves reading time! Especially if the book crinkles.
Beans fav new riding in the car spot is in the middle by the baby!
My blue rose out front bloomed! Looove it!!
Here's everything I tore out in a pile. Soon that pile will disappear and I will tear out everything under and around it!
Here's the blank space/fresh canvas for our new bathroom!!
Basement is coming along too. Lots of good things happening in our Bowman lives right now!! Thanks for thinking about & praying for us! We're doing it, one day at a time!

Flood in House = Bad News!
So the great flood of the Bowman house happened May 11. I noticed that the fridge stopped dispensing water in the afternoon. Ben came home and checked around it and couldn't figure it out. Our basement unit is vacant/empty, so no one was down there (until the next day) to tell us the water line to the fridge broke there and was spraying water all over everything. Oh dear!!
So, we turned it off and called the home insurance. They sent over an adjuster and an insurance guy to assess damages. This took days to figure out.
Now we're about to May 18, a week later. We pulled out the carpet and padding in all the basement rooms to find wet wood under all of that. Then we (all these "we's" means our personal handy man/friend-Glenn) pulled out all the wood and underneath that the concrete was thick/to thin/ or nonexistent in some places.
And now we're to another week later, May 25. Needless to say, we needed a dumpster for all this nasty-ness that was being pulled from our house. :/ Ugh.
Then May 27 it was so bad living in the house with just two days of tear out that we decided not to live there anymore for our health.
Now another week has gone by since we've moved out and good thing because we keep tearing out and fixing this and fixing that and we have a huge list of what must be done now that we have everything exposed and opened up.
We are feeling the stress emotionally and financially right now. We are taking it one day at a time and praying for, "our house to heal itself fast." The good news is our house will be "as good as new" or "better" than before and it is forcing us to get a lot of things done on it that we were holding off on, but not anymore!! So stay tuned for updates & completed basement/house projects!

Week 15 Hump
Lots of craziness this week! Our whole house is getting remodeled and it is CRAZY!
So we have been spending tons of time outside when its not raining.
My baby girl with cheeks full after a feeding! I call this look the baby penguin. :)
So many smiles for Daddy!
Some Rita's with Emilia's babysitter!! We couldn't believe she had never had Rita's before! Total Yum!!!
Emilia got to meet another birthday buddy. Her name is Madison. Her mom, Courtney, and I were roommates at college together. We both had our first babies, both girls, on the same day! How cool?!?
Here is a dumpster filled with old house parts.
I dont know if you will like this picture as much as me, but after nursing I have a baby ear print on my arm sometimes. I love her little ears!
She loves, loves, loves being outside! The sky is so intriguing.
She likes to eat her rings, even though they scratch her face sometimes :/
She's been clapping her feet together and watching them!!!
I was walking around doing stuff and didnt realize she had fallen asleep on my shoulder. Awe :)
Play date at Nettina's!
First feet in grass day!
The picture below says, "Hey mom, look at me! Look what I can do!"
Awe, I love my little girl! She is growing up so fast and I love every minute of it! It still seems so surreal. Someone pinch me ;-)
