Monday:
This was my car for the day because I took mine to get it detailed. Goodbye dust and dirt and straw and splinters. Now to keep my car clean until baby girl comes.
I wore:
Tuesday:
I played hookie from school. Everyone needs a sick day, right? I went out on a lunch date with Ben and got some more baby stuff ready. I only have 1 million sick days saved up, so I gotta start using them sometime.
I put the carseat in the car today too:
Wednesday:
I had made a heart chain countdown to our baby for Ben that he took to his office. On each heart it says baby something. For example: baby chin, baby bottle, baby rattle.
I wore:
Thursday:
Baby bump pic and next to crib pic! Hopefully Beans is getting used to these new items of furniture in our house and car.
Friday:
I wore my glasses today so I could pick up my new frames and use them to see with for the day. I think they're pretty cute. What do you think?
What a busy, happy week! 6 more baby weeks left. I feel like the ground hog, Phil, will I see my shadow or will it be hiding? I'm excited to hold and snuggle this baby girl outside my aching body!

Updates to our House!
After the baby shower, I wrote all my Thank You cards and then went to work organizing and sorting everything into more bins & boxes and labeling everything. I'm determined to stay on top of it, while I can! More nesting happening for me! Crib on its way too!! :)
Ben had a minute, so he moved the furniture, with our neighbor's help, and ripped out the carpet in the formal living room!
The hardwood isn't in bad condition. Yes, it'll be sanded and stained when there's more time, but for now, ta-dah! We love it!! Goodbye pink carpet!

My first baby shower
So two sweet friends at church, Annie & Haley, got together and planned a co-shower for me and my other friend, Stephanie. Stephanie & I are both having girls about 4 weeks apart! All the other 6 pregnant ladies in our ward are having boys! We had a great time! Here are some of the moments...
We got clothes, car seat straps, travel changing kits, diapers, books, and blankets! Thank you to all my wonderful friends! You're the best and I had a wonderful time!
We played a memorization game. 15 seconds to look at 15 baby items and see if you can remember them all!

Day #79-82
Monday:
Tuesday:
(notice the carpet I'm standing on, something's about to change...)
And, we can't forget wonderful Tuesday night snuggles!
Wednesday:
Today was lots of stripes day! I wore 3 sets of stripes. Did I pull off this great outfit or what? ;-)
Also, I got together with my co-workers in which over the years, we became friends, one moved 40 minutes away and the other is moving to Boston. I'm glad for the times we worked together, went out together and glad that we can always bug each other via text!
Thursday:
A walk in the park in shadow!
Today was my baby shower with ward members. Blog post about this to come!! :)
Friday was teacher work day/report card day, so nothing special about a hoodie & jeans outfit to go to work in! :)

and the baby bump pic:

Friday:
What a fun week! I am so okay with wearing the same outfits over and over again, because at this point, what's it matter? I am still me and still cute even in the same outfits! I'm lucky to have even more than one outfit to pick from!

Other Random Things from Break
Our cute family photo:
Learning about and practicing gestational diabetes in real world settings:
Seeing the 3rd Hobbit movie (8 of us together):
Beans loves vacation time too in the sunshine or on top of 5 blankets/pillows pile:
And since it is the end of 2014, goodbye to the 1984 toaster, thanks for your 30 years of great service:
We had our fun New Year's Eve traditions:
And to get a head start on 2015, we first said goodbye to family and then started nesting!
Ben sorted camping gear & emergency prep while I sorted out things for our baby girl! We have 10 more weeks and lots more stuff to pick up/acquire, so the organization will be helpful!
