Samantha's May Update

She started exersaucer time.  She enjoys it and I enjoy the break from holding her!
Daddy's baby girl! Sammie is styling her little sisters roll shirt!  She is so cute and chubby!
 I love my sleeping baby!
She fell asleep in the front pack.
She fell asleep in my arms. Oh, I could just hold her forever!!!!
Daddy worked from home on this day and it looked like this. It was kind of like a take your daughter to work day.  Haha!
First samples of baby food! She loves eating!  She has been watching me eat for awhile now and squealing because she wants some.
 Strong little neck muscles.
 Sleeping baby on road trip.
This little beauty is ready for swimming pool time.
Eating is one of her happy times!
 Free Hug anyone?!?
Toy time.  All of them end up in her mouth!
 Happy faces!
 Mommy and daughter selfie.
She scoots and reaches out for toys.  What a good little developing baby!
Samantha got to meet Aunt Paige!
 Awe, my pretty little girl!
This bouncy chair no longer works for Samantha.  She is determined to sit up and be an active participant in life vs laying back and watching the world around her.  She's different than Emilia.
 Lots of outside time!
Daddy gets the best Sammie smiles!
 Toy time!
She shall have music wherever she goes! Bells on her feet!
She is almost 6 months and so not my little newborn anymore but an active little baby girl! I love these precious snuggle moments!
She found her TOES!!!  Such a delight to watch!
 She's ready to eat!
 Happy face!
This is another reason we are done with this bouncy chair.  She is buckled in and everything, yet completely turned and trying desperately to get out!
What a joy she is to have in our home!! I love my little baby Samantha!

Emilia's May Update

We had a beautiful warm spring. So we filled up the water table for some fun!
I love that her hair has grown in so I can play with it! I love my real live baby doll!
She is practicing cutting the bread.  Its a cute velcro loaf with a wooden knife.  What a cool concept for a toy!
 This girl loves milk!
Car trips can be fun with snacks!
Heading to the pool with Daddy!
 Playground time with Daddy Ben!
She put on her apron and chef hat and made some food!  Such a great imagination!!
She's adorable! And I love taking selfie pics of us!!
We got the camper up and ready for the season.  Cousin puppy Annabel was visiting too.
 Another fun hair day!
 Making more pretend food.
At the gym daycare playing with a bubble gun.
I've been teaching Emilia yoga poses.  Here she is doing a great job at downward dog.
She is tall enough this year to climb up and into the water table.
She loves climbing on everything.  She is sitting on the handlebars of the exercise bike.
She hasnt figured out how to get down yet.
 Pool time for Memorial Day.
 She definitely loves her daddy!
She has started to do my hair now too.  Its almost always up though because Samantha pulls it, but when it is down Emilia will play with it and style it.
She is such a fun happy 2 year old and I'm amazed by how much she knows and can do! I love my little blondie!

Ward Hostess Dinner

Every year our church congregation (ward) gathers and has a hostess dinner.  I always hostess because I love it! It helps remind me of another thing I love doing... party planning!

This year my table's theme was Trolls (the movie).

I made troll hair headbands for everyone.  Each one was different!
In the center was a Troll tree. We had troll place mats, plates, cups, and other decorations.  On the back of each chair was one of my favorite movie quotes, "No Troll Left Behind." And the papers were cut out in the shape of little butts. If you watch the movie, you will get the joke!

Princess Poppy hair on Emma and blue cotton candy hair on Heather.  Baby Sammie had on orange hair!
We had pork tenderloins, rolls, green mashed potatoes, pink pie, corn and salad! We all drank pink kool-aid.
 Our table of food!
We all dressed up in colorful fun party clothes too!

Ben was a great sport! He sure does love me!!!
Now I have a whole year to plan and prepare for next year! :)  Hooray!
